VCC Debutante Ball
The Van Courtlandt Social Club recognized society benefits from an educated citizenry. With that in mind, the VCC Foundation saw an opportunity for further community focus and social enrichment by presenting debutantes at the Van Courtlandt Anniversary Ball. With the assistance of the ladies of the Auxiliary organizing the process of selection, preparation, and cultural development, young women, and their male escorts, carry on the long-held tradition of presenting Debutantes.
The Debutante ball serves as a Rite of Passage to aid in providing enhanced social skills, cultural awareness and exposure to business leaders in mentoring processes through our annual Debutant Ball processes. Our core values are FAITH, FAMILY, and SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.
An ongoing unbreakable commitment to providing financial support, particularly for those students, male AND female, where assistance has been elusive and continuously needed.
